This is one of the best joints to go to in Harrisonburg. They have quality food, fast service, great prices, and you will always feel like you got the best bang for your buck here.

Quick service, great food, and aesthetic atmosphere. The servers were very generous and checked in with the table the perfect amount, not too much or little. They were quick to serve the food, and it tasted great! Personally I recommend their guac dip to compliment the chips which they give you as an appetizer!

This is a good place to eat in the town of New Market, VA. The staff is very friendly. They speak English and Spanish. The food is really good!! The first food in your table are nachos and chunky sauce. All beverage are refill. There you can find good food to adults and kids!!!!

I love Jaliscos! I come here on date days a lot! The staff is friendly and bilingual! The restrooms are so clean and have complimentary mouth wash ! The food is always so good! And they refill your chips for free !

We didn’t get to meet everyone that works at Jalisco’s but the staff we did meet were just awesome! They were smiling and cheery, happy to help, kept our beverages filled and took our order when we were ready. Food was fresh and delicious. Vince served us, and a young man from Guatemala made sure we had everything we needed. The third gentleman who rang up our check was very nice and told the story of the gum and candies that are sold in Mexico City. Such a good time! Please visit if you haven’t already! You will be pleasantly surprised. We will be back for sure. Bernice is a sweetheart!

Jalisco is an awesome Mexican chain restaurant in the valley. The food and service are awesome. And I love the ambiance and decor. Definitely a great place to get good Mexican food and a margarita!

Best Mexican place in Harrisonburg as far as I'm concerned. Not only do they bring chips and salsa, but throw in a delicious cole slaw (and I hate cole slaw.) Had a jumbo frozen lime Margarita. One of the best anywhere I've ever had. For the entree, the carne asada. Delicious.

I don't give 5 stars alot. But the food was amazing. Drinks were tasty. Bernice was the best server ever.

While travelling I have dined at many Mexican restaurants. Jalisco is my new favorite. Excellent fajitas with meat and shrimp seasoned and cooked to perfection. Fresh tasting frijoles and rice instead of microwaved reheated food. I loved it. I will be back.

I called to order a carne asada and a plate of carnitas and they told me they would be ready in 20 min. When I got there I had to wait an extra 30 min for my food. Really bad service, not the first time I have to wait so long for food in this place.

Today was not a good day at Jalisco. Ran out of OJ, coock got 2 stars and waiter 5 star.

Great food, huge portions, good coleslaw! The only negative about this location, this is the second trip we have made where they tried to overcharge us for our meals. And when questioned, both times it has been “we are updating our menu prices” or some other excuse met with arguing back and forth. The first time we went and it happened, I shrugged it off and didn’t worry about it. But twice in a row, something is not right. Enjoy your food, just make sure you are being charged correctly!

Food was great, relaxing atmosphere,friendly staff, a few concerns with the accuracy of our order. However, everything was resolved in a professional manner. Overall great experience, and a decent value for price we paid! Highly recommend this if you like authentic Mexican Cuisine.

Jalisco has amazing food and the service is always exceptional. One of the best places to go for your birthday! The burritos are top notch, which I usually get- pick any and you'll be more than satisfied. But today I had the seafood enchiladas before writing this post and they were excellent- highly recommended!

I would place this rating between three and four but I would come back again so leaned to the higher. Food is good and plentiful but more salty than spicy. Service was good but not special. Service was prompt but the restaurant was quiet at lunchtime. Pleasant surroundings but the music blasting from the kitchen competed with that from the dining room. I'm leaving satisfied.
